1. General Policy

Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, except in cases of product defect or damage upon receipt.

If customs duties are not paid by the customer, the package will be held by customs and automatically returned to the sender. No refund will be issued if the product is not received by our logistics center.


2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 14 business days.


3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before the refund is officially posted).

  • Contact your bank (processing times vary).

If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@bloomandglow.com.


4. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at contact@bloomglow.co.


6. Shipping Returns

To return your product, you must first contact us at contact@bloomglow.co to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item worth over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


7. 30-Day Free Trial Terms

We invite you to try Bloom&Glow products for 30 days, risk-free. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return them for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

Return Eligibility:

  • Product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Product must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  • Product must be free from physical damage or signs of misuse.

  • Product must have been used according to the instructions provided.

  • Product must not have been modified in any way.

  • Proof of original purchase must be included.

  • Product must be cleaned before return.


8. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Returns without an RA number.

  • Products showing signs of damage or misuse.

  • Returns after 30 days from delivery.

  • Returns without completing the return form and confirming eligibility.

  • Products not used according to the manual.

  • Modified or altered products.

  • Returns without a functional defect after initial remote inspection.


9. Inspection & Processing Fee

If the product is found to be non-defective and returned for reasons other than damage or malfunction, a $29 inspection and processing fee will be deducted from your refund.


10. Exceptions

Promotional or sale items may have different return policies, communicated at the time of purchase. This policy does not cover accidental damage, cosmetic damage, or damage resulting from unauthorized modifications.

Note: While our banner may say "Try it free for 30 days – you have nothing to lose", please understand that this offer is subject to these terms to ensure fairness and prevent abuse.
